Purpose

This policy outlines Rare Sustainability and Advisory's commitment to promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, clients, and stakeholders. It applies to all activities and operations conducted by the organisation across Australia.


Our objective is to foster a safe, healthy, and supportive working environment that minimises risks and enhances overall wellbeing while complying with relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.

  • They ensure compliance with relevant legislation, drive a culture of safety, and regularly review health and safety performance.

Employees:

  • All employees are responsible for following health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions.

  • They must report hazards, incidents, or concerns promptly and participate in training to maintain a safe workplace.

Contractors and Suppliers:

  • Contractors and suppliers are expected to adhere to our health and safety standards and comply with all relevant laws while working with or for Rare Sustainability and Advisory.
