Hannah Meade is a transport and environment consultant in the Rare Melbourne office. Previously, Hannah worked for government departments as an environmental officer and in private consulting as a traffic engineer and transport planner. She is passionate about sustainability, and has been awarded the Victorian and National Engineers Australia sustainability prize.

While with the Queensland Department of Main Roads, Hannah project managed the climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, and her contribution led to the establishment of a sustainability position. She was also a member of the SEQ Regional Plan Climate Change project.
